Hyatt House Manchester - Aparthotel

I had an superb stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were polite and cute, creating a happy and relaxed atmosphere. The room was superb, with high quality fittings and the best bed I have ever slept in. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym with dumbbells and machines. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, with a wide range of options including fresh fruit, cereals, cooked breakfast items, and vegetarian sausages upon request. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, the university campus, and Oxford Road station.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, showing excellent attention to detail. One thing that stood out was the breakfast included in the price - it was fantastic, with fresh and appetizing options. We also appreciated the convenience of having a car park close by, even though it wasn't directly affiliated with the hotel. Despite a minor inconvenience or two, we would gladly recommend Hyatt House to others.

Staff and facilities are great here, had a brilliant stay for a business trip. It's 18 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to the city center and perfect for the University. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great views. The staff are friendly and discrete, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. The breakfast offers a decent choice and is delicious.

Clean hotel with a friendly reception. We appreciated the room: it was warm and cosy. Gorgeous breakfast, brilliant service. We had early check-in on arrival. Besides, the parking was nearby.

Everything was excellent! Rooms were huge and had great views, convenient to be 15 km away from Manchester airport. The service provided was fantastic, and the staff was brilliant. Not to mention free wifi!

The reception area offered fine views, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and efficiently sorted out our room upon our early arrival.

When I had requested something special for my partner's birthday, nothing was arranged as promised, although it was partly my fault for not reminding them. the initial encounter with a staff member made us feel unwelcome and dismissed.

This place exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for me as it was on the side closer to the opera house where I went to see an opera. It was also as close to the city centre as I'd have liked. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room itself was great, with a comfortable sitting area and terrace. The whole hotel was well-maintained and clean, with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in the rooms.

I would definitely recommend this venue to friends.
